The multi-family house on the Eggbergen site is located in a landscape of high scenic value and follows the regional building tradition closely. Inspired by the Marienkapelle and Berglodge 37, the new building integrates harmoniously into the alpine surroundings through its restrained form, careful embedding into the terrain, and the use of natural stone and locally sourced wooden shingles. Distinctive features, such as the chapel-style windows, are subtly incorporated into the façade design. Sustainability shapes the entire planning process: ecological materials, durable construction, and an energy-efficient design create a robust residential building that reflects the charm of the Eggbergen while meeting the latest modern standards. Das Mehrfamilienhaus auf den Eggbergen entsteht in einer Umgebung mit hohem landschaftlichem Anspruch und orientiert sich konsequent an der regionalen Bautradition. Inspiriert von der Marienkapelle und der Berglodge 37 fügt sich der Neubau durch seine zurückhaltende Form, die Einbettung in das Terrain und die Materialisierung aus Naturstein und heimischen Holzschindeln harmonisch in die alpine Landschaft ein. Charakteristische Elemente wie die Kapellenfenster wurden subtil in das Fassadenbild integriert. Nachhaltigkeit prägt den gesamten Planungsprozess: ökologische Baustoffe, langlebige Konstruktionen und ein energieeffizienter Aufbau schaffen ein robustes Wohnhaus, das den Charme der Eggberge aufnimmt und gleichzeitig modernste Standards erfüllt.
