The single-family house in Hochwald was completed in 2018 and constructed using a consistent timber frame system. A basement level was deliberately omitted; the ground floor and attic storey rest on strip foundations. The structure incorporates cellulose insulation and an exterior cladding of larch boarding. The ground floor contains the entrance, a small WC, and the staircase to the attic level, while the remaining area forms a spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen zone. The project combines a clear structural layout with sustainable material choices and efficient use of space. Das Einfamilienhaus in Hochwald wurde 2018 realisiert und in konsequenter Holzständerbauweise ausgeführt. Auf ein Kellergeschoss wurde verzichtet; Erd- und Dachgeschoss ruhen auf Streifenfundamenten. Die Konstruktion nutzt eine Cellulosedämmung und eine Aussenverkleidung in Lärchenschalung. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich der Eingang, ein kleines WC sowie die Treppe ins Dachgeschoss, während der übrige Bereich eine grosszügige Wohn‑, Ess‑ und Kochzone bildet. Das Projekt verbindet eine klare Grundstruktur mit nachhaltiger Materialwahl und effizienter Raumnutzung.
