Completed in 2016, this holiday home on Wirzweli offers a retreat that blends harmoniously into the surrounding mountain landscape. The concrete basement provides a robust foundation and accommodates functional spaces for ancillary and technical areas. The upper floors are constructed as a timber frame structure and equipped with efficient cellulose core insulation. Larch cladding gives the house a warm, natural character, fitting seamlessly into its alpine environment. Heating is provided by a wood-fired system – a grounded, ecological solution that is particularly well suited to a seasonal holiday home. Das Ferienhaus auf dem Wirzweli wurde 2016 als Neubau realisiert und bietet einen Rückzugsort, der sich harmonisch in die umliegende Berglandschaft einfügt. Die oberen Geschosse wurden in einer Holzständerkonstruktion errichtet und mit einer effizienten Zellulose-Kerndämmung ausgestattet. Die Lärchenschalung verleiht dem Haus eine warme, natürliche Ausstrahlung, die sich im alpinen Umfeld stimmig einbettet. Beheizt wird das Gebäude mit einer Holzheizung – eine bodenständige, ökologische Lösung, die besonders gut zu einem saisonalen Ferienhaus passt.
