Completed in 2015 in Brästenegg, this single-family house harmoniously combines traditional construction with modern living comfort. The basement was built as a solid natural stone structure, anchoring the building both visually and structurally into the landscape. The upper floors are constructed using a sustainable timber frame system, complemented by cellulose core insulation and weather-resistant larch cladding. This gives the house a warm, natural character. An air-to-water heat pump provides an efficient and contemporary energy concept. The result is a robust, ecologically built home with a strong connection to its alpine surroundings. In der Brästenegg entstand 2015 ein Einfamilienhaus, das traditionelle Bauweise harmonisch mit moderner Wohnqualität verbindet. Das Untergeschoss wurde als massives Natursteinmauerwerk ausgeführt und verankert das Gebäude optisch wie konstruktiv in der Landschaft. Die oberen Geschosse bestehen aus einer nachhaltigen Holzständerkonstruktion, ergänzt durch eine Zellulose-Kerndämmung und eine wetterbeständige Lärchenschalung. Dadurch erhält das Haus eine warme, natürliche Ausstrahlung. Für ein effizientes und zeitgemässes Energiekonzept sorgt eine Luft/Wasser-Wärmepumpe.
